After five years supplying hotels and restaurants, they opened their boutique to cater to the strong local demand. A four-minute walk away from Pâtisserie Dorville stands Mademoiselle Nature, a breath of fresh air in the food world. Founded in 2021 by Karine Racicot, this unique grocery store reinstates the human at the heart of the food supply chain. Here, each product has a history, a face and a clear place of origin. Karine deals directly with Quebec producers, without any go-between, to offer more than 400 local, natural, additive-free products such as meats from free-range animals, fish for the Magdalen Islands, oils, cereals, sweet “petits pots” and much more. Huit5Quatre Table d’hôte
At a mere seven minutes’ drive away, Huit5Quatre offers a rare and intimate gastronomical experience.
