Stop #3 - Érablière du lac Libby
Located in Saint-Étienne-de-Bolton since 2018, Érablière du lac Libby draws on more than 30 years of maple syrup production expertise. During maple season, visitors are invited to discover every step of the process, from sap collection to the making of maple butter, maple taffy, maple sugar and other sweet treats. One of the sugarhouse's signature creations is its Canadian-shaped maple sugar candies, made using a carved maple wood mould passed down through the family's heritage.
