Théâtre Piggery : de porcherie à théâtre!
A former piggery operated for nearly 50 years, the Piggery Theatre was converted into a summer theatre in 1965 by Arthur and Jeannette Virgin. Christopher Plummer performed there, and Donald Sutherland served on its board of directors.
For more than 25 years, the McKinven family has ensured its continuity: today, the Piggery Theatre is primarily a music venue hosting both French‑ and English‑speaking artists, while preserving its warm, rural atmosphere.
